WARRANTY, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
In this document the following terms have specific meanings: We / Our refers to Ultrasonics World, registered in Delaware, USA. Sites refers to all web sites using the domain name ultrasonicsworld.com. Online shop refers to the web site http://ultrasonicsworld.com and all text, images and documents shown on it.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Ultrasonics World guarantees that all parts supplied are new and unused, manufactured in our supplier's factory and subject to rigorous quality control. All boosters and sonotrodes fully compatible with equivalents supplied by brand leaders such as Branson, Sonics & Materials, Misonix. Our products are fabricated from top quality materials offering at least equal and usually superior performance and life to the branded products.
However as with all ultrasonic products they are easily damaged by operation at higher than normal amplitude. Since we have no control over how you use them we offer NO WARRANTY on these parts.
RETURNS POLICY
Even without apparent damage, operation at excessive amplitude may cause undetectable internal fatigue which can dramatically shorten life. Because of this we are unable to re-use any returned parts - we guarantee that all parts supplied are NOT returns. Therefore we ONLY accept returns in the unlikely event that the product does not match the description on the web site.
Please make your selection with great care based on the information shown on this site - we accept NO RETURNS on parts that are accurately described. Please understand the benefit of this policy to you - EVERY PART WE SUPPLY IS NEW AND IN PERFECT CONDITION, not a returned item with an unknown history.
DISPATCH TIMES AND OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS:
We aim to supply all listed products quickly - either from stock or by rapid manufacture - so your order will normally be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your payment. However, in the event that for some unforeseen reason a product you order is unavailable, and is not expected to become available within 10 working days, we will contact you and offer you the following refund options.
You can choose to:
- Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund of your payment, including all shipping costs.
- Cancel the unavailable part of your order and continue with the rest. In this case the refund amount will be the cost of the undeliverable items plus the difference in shipping cost (if any) between your original order and the revised part order.
- Substitute the unavailable part of your order for a different item, with a price adjustment either way.
Any refund resulting from this policy will normally be applied within 2 working days of receiving your instructions, and always within 5 working days.

If your feedback relates to a specific order please quote the order number (shown on your e-mail order confirmation and in your online account pages).
Please ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST before initiating any dispute through PayPal - we aim for complete customer satisfaction and in the event of unreasonable delay we can refund orders up to the time the goods are dispatched.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are estimates based on Fedex Express® international rates. Other courier services may be substituted if appropriate, depending on your location.
CUSTOMS
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely in different countries. If you need further information you should contact your local customs office.
Customs forms for all international packages will list accurately the value of your order and describe the products enclosed.
